Liked hard-working staff and big size hotel.

In general, the hotel was perfectly clean. My great-sized and brand-new room had a kitchenette and coffee. The location of the property was convenient, close to the roadkill nights event I came for. Moreover, it's so close to attractions near by as well as concerts and games at the Palace.

We had a great stay with comfortable king-sized bed rooms in a convenient location just a short distance from Pontiac Silverdome.

The studio suite had a comfortable King sized bed and a convenient coffee maker. The hotel's location near the roadkill nights event I attended was really convenient. Additionally, being only 3 miles away from Murphy Park was a major plus.

The location of this place is comfortable and convenient, with easy access to nearby stores, the suburban areas of Detroit, and another well-known hotel in the area.

I booked a room with a king-sized bed and everything was perfectly fine, impeccably clean here.

Amazing Customer Service

During my recent stay at Extended Stay in Auburn Hills, I had an issue with the bed sheets upon arrival. However, the housekeeper promptly changed them without any hassle. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Despite the minor inconvenience, the staff ensured that my needs were met with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel for their excellent customer service.

This was very close to the concert we went to at the Palace. Comfortable. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again for sure.

If I wanted to pay for the room with cash, there was a large deposit. I understand why but I wasn't aware of it before hand. Didn't have any problem getting it back in the a.m though.

Convenient king size bed units 🛏️. The location couldn't be better, surrounded by attractions, restaurants, and a concert venue nearby. Plus, Murphy Park is just a short 3-mile drive away.

We checked in the lady behind the desk was so nice! This review us for the hotel not the staff. The lobby smelled musty and looked old and had holes in furniture. Nothing like pics online. We got up to our room the carpet was so dirty and gross and huge stains I didn't even want to walk on it with shoes. Bathroom dirty smelly room was smelly it was horrible. I called down to front desk explained how I felt about the room and she gladly refunded our money so we could leave. She was so understanding about our complaints and accomadated us immediately. Now next door the Sonesta is beautiful!! Newly renovated.

I liked the large and brand-new rooms with 2 beds. The staff there were hard-working and amicable. The location was excellent, for example, Pontiac Silverdome was at walking distance from the hotel.

For the price paid, our room at Extended Stay was great value. The location was convenient for the event we attended, and the staff treated us well.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
